DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR - WORST DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!!

The WORST ever Department I have ever came accross! We will have to close our business because the DOL cannot do its work! We've been struggling to get a COIDA letter for nearly 4 months now. DOL must do a Audit on a 2014 submission and still not yet completed, so we cannot submit the 2015 - 2016 and 2017 submissions unless the 2014 has been cleared. If you phone they don't answer, if you mail them they don't reply, if you go to their offices in Pretoria, they wont allow you to see the Audit people. They just receive the documentation and stamps it, and then it gets lost in the building. I have tried everything and NOBODY at DOL is willing to help or to revert back to us.
