Department of Labour - what a Joke

I have been mailing and phoning the UIF as many people do on a daily basis for a year now. (app**** for Maternity benifit). I received a small payment to be told it was a test payment in August (so that means its been approved) and since then i have submitted two continuation of benifits one states it has been sent to pay master but i am still awaiting for a payment. I Have phoned every two days from august to find out what is going on to say that they have sent a esculation to admin and payment department and i should get a sms or email which i am also still waiting for.... and here 4 month later still waiting. You cant even speak to some one high up. Just getting so frustrated.
