Department of Labour Vanderbijlpark System is failing UIF payers

Department of Labour Vanderbijlpark system sucks, they only help 40 people a day for UIF applications which I still fail to understand I have be there 3 times being sent back because I they have already cut the queue

Can this be look into it really doesn’t make sense
