Department of Labour useless call centre

I have app**** for the normal uif and my claim was approved, received a number of payments then suddenly they stop paying me and I still have credit available. It's been two months and my status is stuck on Sent to Paymaster. I have been calling everyday and emailing them for over a month now but no response and the call center crew always claim they have escalate my matter but at the end of the day it is just useless.
