Department of Labour UIF useless department

The Department of Labour must just s**** of this uif nonsense because its obvious they do not have our best interest at heart, infact they do not care for they do get paid in any event. Having submitted the claim on 15 May 2023, taken from pillar to post, with their pathetic call centre agents, why have a call centre if they are unable to give us proper information. Their agents are misinformed, rude and no Batho Pele principle in this department. All the same, going to the department's offices especially that JHB office at Main Street is a waste of time and energy. Whoever came up with this idea of uif deductions should sc**** it off and perhaps all these useless officials dealing with uif claims can feel the hardship of being unemployed, having electricity switched off whereas you know you do have funds, just that they are not prepared to serve the unemployment community as they should. Their service is ****py and working against the unemployed on a very large scale.
