Department of Labour UIF sucks!

Good heavens they are useless! After paying into UIF for at least 35 years, day after day, month after month, I had to submit a claim and after only 5 payments, they stopped paying. Despite sending at least 10 emails, I went into the offices to find about 50 people in an area with about 30 chairs and a total of only 2 service desks open. After hours of standing around waiting I walked out in frustration and here I am months later still trying to resolve this issue by email. It shouldn't be this hard! It really shouldn't. We pay our entire lives into this compulsory service and then when we are at our most desperate, the Labour Depart makes it as difficult as possible for us to claim! South Africa deserves better!
