<p>I app**** for uif maternity on the 12.04.2016 and till today I have heard nothing from them. On the 10.09.2016 I went there to follow up and I was told that one of document I submitted was not scanned the guy that was helping me took all my documents copies and originals and he said I’ll receive payment before the end of the week. You won’t believe that I’m still waiting it is said that we pay every month but when we claim they can’t assist the sad part is that pregnant ladies and mothers carrying babies have to queue for hours like I did, you end up breast feeding your baby standing on the queue like I did on the 10.09.2016. I am so disappointed at the service I have receive from the government they treat us like animals.
