Department of Labour-UIF Durban branch gives excellent service

I am very happy with the service of the Durban branch. The staff is very helpful and precise. Having to wake up and go to the department makes you realise that you nolonger have a job and the taxi ride to the department was very depressing! I got there and the line confirmed my feelings. But now I have a huge smile because it was not only quick but Mr Freedom Mkhize made it a pleasant, fun experience!!! I learnt that I nolonger have to step foot on the building because he walked me through the online process. I watched him help a gogo and it went through!! This shows the level of patience and ubuntu he has. Thank you government for hiring such people you have made an unpleasant situation(jobless) very beautiful
