Department of labour uif (delayed payment)

To say I'm disappointed with the would be an understatement, i have made countless visits to the department of labor trying to follow up on my claim but to no success, my plea for help has fallen on deaf ears, I made an application on the 6th of June 2020 but till this day i haven't gotten any information with regards to the status of my application, we are faced with difficult times and to have to spend the little that we have on unnecessary trips(futile) trying to get help from this department is heart breaking.
