Department of Labour UIF contribution

Since U filing changed their website over to a new service provider. I went in to go and pay for March at the beginning of the month and noticed an amount owing in Declarations which is impossible to the amount I pay each month. It also shows some months in one section are up to date and then in payment history a few of these show 0 paid. All payment history missing. All previous payments were done on the UIF system and Absa bank. No body has bothered to respond to my e-mails and no body answers at the Call Centre when they are online as all of the time the answering machine says they experience high call volumes. This is just unacceptable when I am trying to do the right thing for my Employee.
