Department of Labour - UIF Claims - Is this a Joke?

Most pathetic service ever!!! I have been unemployed since June 2025. Submitted my application end of June 2025 online which was rejected, resubmitted in August which was rejected. Called them, they emailed me and wanted my documents, sent documents perhaps 10 times, called to ask if they have received the documents to which i was told no. Went to Randburg Labour Centre to submit in August. They "cant find" those documents. Each time I call, no one can help me and the only response is please resubmit documents. Seriously, we are begging for our money, have to jump through loops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
