Department of Labour - UIF Claims Complaints

I submitted the UIF online application on the 11 Nov 2014. And to this date I've never received any payment. First week in Dec 2014 I did a telephonic follow up and was advised they require my UI 19 declaration document, so on the 12 Dec 2014, I sent the UI 19 to the *** that I was provided with. On the 17th I received acknowledgement of receipt with TT no: Ticket: E2D***F. Than in Jan 2015 every week I began following up and each time being told the UI 19 is not captured that went on Feb 2015 with nothing from the dept. then finally on the 20th Feb 2015 I saw an entry under document history and when I phone to find out. They confirmed receiving the UI 19 and for a reason that they can't explain it not captured and the lady confirmed that everything else is in order. so she said she will forward the UI 19 to the relevant person. but to this very day I haven't heard or received any payment. I haven't find a job and I don't have any money. it 5 months later and no payment. I'm at my wit end, I don't know what to do. month end is approaching and I don't know what I'm gonna do. Can some please attend to my case with the urgency it deserve.
