Well where to start really as the list is quite long.

No one ever answers the phone so you can't actually even speak to a person.

All the emails are automated so how do you know if your mail has even been looked at by an actual person.

Going to the Labour Department is a joke, the queues are so long that you have to get there at the crack of dawn and then you don't know if you will get too see anyone with there being that amount of people.

Online portal is great if you have WiFi but you never get a response from them on there either.

It is absolutely horrifying at the way our government is running this country and only looking after there own.
