department of labour-uif claims

we are suffering with my family , i have no job currently ,i submitted my UIF claim on the 15/06/2023 and after 3 weeks i get an email confirming that they need supporting documents , i resubmitted all the documents on the 05/08/2023 till today , my application is stuck , no one is attending it, every time when i call the contact centre they promise to escalate the matter
