Department of labour- Uif claims

My uif application was approved then i was required to request for payment which i did on the 23th of January 2026 and they told me that it takes 7-15 days to process the payment now 15 days has passed every time when I follow up they keep telling me that “ we acknowledge your complaint with regard to payment status, and we will escalate your complaint accordingly and give you feedback”
