DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR UIF CLAIMS

My fiance app**** for UIF after been retrenched July 2020. He had to go back to the DOL Krugersdorp, 3 times to hand in various UI-19 forms from previous employees. I find this shocking, with no income you have to drive to DOL. Then he gets a sign date which was the 14 Sep 2020, which he signed and received an SMS. On enquiring on various emails apparently the UI-19's were missing. I subsequently emailed this to 9 various email addresses. Tsepho instructed someone to help with the query but to no avail. Common people this is peoples money they worked for which they are entitiled to. His next signing date is the 14th October 2020
