Department of Labour - UIF Claims

I app**** for UIF online once I was retrenched on the 18th of March 2020 only to then found out that my employer had in the meantime app**** for TERS as well.

Now there seems to be no record for me for TERS and I still haven't received any payments to date and we are now going into month 3.

No one bothers to contact you or even responds to emails.

What if I was a single mother I would be destitute right now this is totally unacceptable.
