Department of Labour - UIF claims

I am feeling very frustrated with them. I have been on pension from Unilever since August 2021. I sent my claim in online in November 2021. My documents have all been checked and are correct. I phone their call center ever week and all they do is logg it. It has been pending for months and not yet approved . Just get message to say it has been sent to be assessed in Pinetown Labour centre. There is a pend/adjudicate status in my claim. Logged numbers : 16 November 2021 : C - *** 24 May 2022 : c - *** 17 June 2022 : C-*** 20 June 2022 : c-*** 5 July 2022 : C- *** No one can give me any answers .
