Department of Labour - UIF Claims

I have registered UIF claim around the 1st week of July 2024 until now I’m still waiting for my payment.

On the 12th July 2024 my claim was approved, then I submitted payment after 15 days online. On 18th July 2024 I received SMS payment has been processed and funds will be paid in to my bank account in 7 working days. I have made to several calls to call centre, all they can say wait for another working 10 days the matter has been escalated. Its more the a month waiting.

The worse department I ever dealt with.
