Department of labour uif claim not captured

I have had the worst experience at department of labour Uitenhage and also online. I submitted my UIF claims last year September and till this day my claim has not been captured. I keep hearing the same story that the issue will be escalated but I have never received any feedback. I have never received a single reference number to refer to for all these queries that I have been making. This is really frustrating for an unemployed person to be spending my last cent on calls and traveling to the labour center.
