Department of labour - UIF claim

I am appalled with the way the department of labour works and how they supposably help you out, I have app**** for UIF claim in March of this year which was before lockdown started,I have done the application online and the only response I get is is to the the payment request either online or at nearest labour department, I have done this request now twice over the last 7 months and still no proper assistance or even a payout.
