I have never seen such a circus I already went 3 times but I don't get any feedback, the last time I went in kempton Park branch it was around 4pm we were told to fill in forms because it was late and they said they will phone us. The call Centre they line is always busy and online registration it's a disaster. They don't communicate if the documents were captured or what.
