Department of Labour sucks

I would not even give one star. Uif maternity benefits is a real problem, i don't know why do we even pay Uif or taxes because the government always fails us. I went to claim for Uif maternity benefits in may and so i was told i will receive an sms after 35 days meaning 35 working days for the application to be processed i mean really. After receiving the sms today now the sms tells me something about 15 days to receive payment. Maternity leave is only four months and with the pain of not receiving any Salary from work you would expect that the Uif benefits will not be delayed without any explanation because what was explained is not even posted or displayed on the walls or their Website. That means two months of not getting payed or any income. The pain is when you go while you are still pregnant the say come back when you have given birth and bring a birth certificate. Why don't they process the application then ask you to bring the birth certificate after giving birth.
