Department of Labour still has not paid me

I went of maternity leave, I submitted all my documents that were needed, I waited 35 days for payment as promised, after 35 days I decided to go back and found they didn't capture my stuff. the guy promised to capture it and said I should wait 10 days, I waited after 10 days went back again same story still have not captured my details. I was told to go to braamfontein for assistance now imagine. I am so fed up now.
