Department of Labour Soweto Orlando West Nightmare

I lost my job 2015 June and I app**** for my UIF. Since applying for my UIF at the Department of Labour it has been the most painful excerse. Every month I go there and stand in long queues while I am pregnant and every month I am told my application is successful it won't be too long till I get my money. Nothing happens. In September when I went there I was told my application was never approved because of an error in their systems but the problem will be fixed I will get my money in less then 10 days. 15 days went past I ended up going back in October and another consultant told me the matter was never fixed he will try help fix it. I told the consultant I have been up and down those offices for more than 4 months and was told all was good why is it now that they picking up the error why other consultants did not see the error elier on and he told me he can't answer for other people but because he can see I am highly pregnant and about to give birth he will take it upon himself to call me and give me feedback but I haven't been called since Oct and I'm still waiting to get my money. All the Labour Departments labour numbers (***)given to me do not work.
