department of labour slapgat

My wife went to the department of labour to submit a claim as she is jobless. This was in November 2014. After numerous calls to them we get a response the they are still waiting for inquiries for her previous company. No one can tell us what is going on. This is again a great example of our bad government. You don't have a choice to pay UIf but if you claim then government takes it time to process the claim because they don't like paying back money. Can some (if you are not on tea) please contact us an assist us as we are getting nowhere!!!!
