Department of Labour silly delay

I sat with no employment for over 3 months and claimed from UIF. I was first told that I resigned which was not true. I sent the forms from the employer and sent them, then they came back after two months claiming that my employment overlap at some time. Even if it overlap, I was paying UIF for both. It was a temporary job and permanent to supplement my income. They still havent pay, I got another temporary work now but I expect them to pay me for the months I stayed home and I am still paying UIF now.
