Department of Labour service call centre

<p>Im totally not happy with the way the call centre works. Its been more than a month now. when I call to find out how far with regards to my maternity claim, it's either you hold for more than 30 min to be told they can't help because the system they use to check is offline or you hold for 1 hour until airtime is finished or you hold and they dont pick up. or when they do they say claim hasn't been approved we will send assessor call again in 10 days. Then you call and no one picks up. I called on 0****43843</p>
