Department of Labour - Randburg Branch Offline all

I've been visiting the Randburg labour department since August to apply/claim for my UIF. I've been on Maternity leave since August, and the response I've been getting since August up until this morning of October is that the system is offline.<br> <br> My question is, is there no other way that the branch could get this problem resolved? How is it possible for the systems to be offline all the time? Is there no IT that's supposed to take measures to ensure that this problem doesn't remain consistent? The management of this branch is *****ing the department's image and all public servants' reputation.<br> <br> Please do something about this before media writes and exposes your incompetence.
