Department of Labour: Provincial Office in Witbank

<p>My first email to the department of Labour was dated 30 November 2016. I requested documents of a claim that was lodged by my late mothers' company she had worked for who made a claim to the Department of labour due to my mother's death on duty. I requested the claim documents from the company itself and they refused to send it to me. Just to stay clear from irregularities I requested the documents from the Department of Labour for perusal thereof to see if their claim is legit and that I can also have on record that the cost of private hospital my mother was taken to during the day of her death (she did not have medical aid) are being claimed for and covered. Up to date despite of numerous emails I have had no response from the Department of Labour. I tried calling but the phones are just left unanswered. This is REALLY so dissapointing.
