Department of Labour (Prospecton Branch in Durban) playing foul with my UIF money

In September 2018 I went to Department of Labour ( Prospecton Branch in Durban) to apply to for my UIF and i was issued some forms to fill in and to be filled by my employer as well as the bank. I did all that and sent back those forms to them. Upon submission of those forms I was informed that the bank form was not filled in correctly and that there was an error so I went back to the bank to rectify that error, and took that form back to Dept of Labour again. A month later in October I received my first payment, then today 08 November 2018 I went back to the Dept to sign for my second UIF payment to my surprise the gentleman who attended me informed me that the next payment is going to be FINAL. Mind you I have worked and contributed towards UIF for 7 years and only received 1 payment from UIF. I then decided to phone the HR from my previous employer and explained the situation to him. He also assured me that the UI 19 form together with my salary schedule were filled in correctly reflecting the 7 years that I and the company have contributed towards the UIF, and that there was no information missing. I demand the explanation as to what's happening here and what games are these people at the Dept of Labour playing because this is my hard sweat money and this confirms the stories I've heard specifically about this branch.
