DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR ( PRETORIA)

Good day, i am totally and utterly dissapointed with the service at department of labour ( pretoria) , i made an application 3 months ago for my wiremans licence ( application for registered person (electrical) ) , i have since not recieved anything in the post as well as no communication from them , everytime i call the offices nobody answers and they cut the call , everytime i email them , they do not reply or respond to my emails , when you physically go to the offices they tell you no one on one interaction because of covid , what the hell how do i contact them because this is holding me back from finding employment and i need urgent assistance so that they can tell me how far is my application or did they loose my documents or what must i do , i paid money for all of this and it is totally unexceptable , i am running out of patience ...PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ....THANK YOU !
