Department of labour poor service delivery

I think that the department of labour is the most unreliable and disappointing service provided by our government. In September 2019, I sent through a claim for Illness benefit, I submitted all my document to Athlone site. Up till today I still email and call in and nobody can help me its really disgusting. I now have a new claim a year later and the exact same thing is happening I have exhausted all my options and feel let down by the department of labour. This is the worst service ever received.
