Department of labour Pinetown

I first submitted my claim on the 4th of Feb 2020 till today my claim has not been resolved. When I was last there I was told there's a company I was working for in 2018 yet I was home not employed. I tracked the company down through the internet and got a letter that same day stating I have never been employed by this company. I have been communicating with the manager Bheki Zondi via emails but with no success. My claim has been worked by Megan and Nomusa Maphumulo. Nomusa called me on the 22 of this month and promised to get back to me during the day, I'm still waiting for the call till today. When I call the office number she called me with they drop the call very unprofessional , as for Mr Bheki Zondi I have chain emails where he says he doesn't know what to do asking for help from the rest of his team. I am so so fustrated and angry cause I don't feel they giving my claim any attention. I started this claim process before we even had lockdown. I would get to the offices at 4am to make sure I make it inside to be assisted. I worked for 10 years with no claims to the department knowing that there would be rainy days like these now I cant even get assistance from my money .
