Department of labour (Pinetown)

I have been into department of labour (Pinetown) for several time claiming uif for my maternity leave. As from March there was NO JOY becouse I wasn't getting my payments, employees were saying all my documents are in order not noticing that the first person who assisted me didn't scan ui19. On the 4th of June I went again , I didn't want to communicate with the consultants I wanted to speak to the supervisor. Lovely Sarojini (I hope my spelling is correct) she went into my details and picked up that ui19 wasn't scan before I even told her. She apologized, asked my company details so she can call them and asked them to email her the ui19 again. She assured me that I will get my money and she will assist me going forward. On the 6th of June I did receive my money. Thank you Sarojini for your assistance, as a supervisor you know your work.
