Department of labour Phuthaditjhaba

So I've been going to the department of labour since last week, they keep on sending us home at 2pm. What I know is that the offices close at 4pm but they keep on telling us they knock off at 3. Do you know the pain of being in line from 6am only to be sent home without being assisted? If they're short staffed why don't they hire new people, this is frustrating as you have to spend money for the trip only to return home without being assisted.. Department of Labour Phuthaditjhaba this is not good.!
