Department of labour office kzn verulam branch worst service for disable member of public

The department of labour in verulam has the worst service and the staff has no batho Pele principles for the public .My father was injured at work a year ago which has now rendered him disable .he first submitted all his documents at the year .the Clerk didn't capture it as it the document grew legs and disappeared. We then had to fill all the documents again and handed it again 3 months ago only to find out nothing has being captured again .The government employees supposed to serve the public with batho principles in mind .The Clerk handling his documents is rude and acts as she is doing us a favour when all we want is to do her job and work with service and courtesy
