Department of Labour my worst nightmare

Department of Labour, my worst nightmare. I went on maternity in July 2018, completed my documents and submitted to the centre in Eldorado Park, not long after i received my first payment in October, there after my nightmare started. I was given the run around for my own hard earned money, even if it is R200 that is due to me i want my money, UIF monies are paid to a women when she is on maternity leave which is to take care of whatever she is in need of, there's ladies that only gets their money when they return back to work which is not fair so why deduct UIF from our salaries if we have to fight and it becomes a total nightmare? having to use my own cellphone, having to call my employer for a confirmation letter which Department of Labour refused to call my employer Quest and so did my employer refuse to call which it goes back that employer and department of labour is suppose to liase and not make it the employees problem. I eventually ended up getting what department of labour what they requested festive season went by my next payment was still not paid to me. we are currently in March 2019, their systems stays offline, Eldorado park centre promises that they will have my application sorted and so it goes on. I was than advised to call a number and advised to speak to a UIF director, got through to very helpful lady, she explained to me that initially when my information (Dates) was captured on the system my information was captured incorrectly, my first payment paid to me was incorrect and because of that my payments has been blocked... so whos fault is that? Im being put from pillar to post and my application is not being sorted out. My baby is 6 months old and i have still not received all my money that is due to me, the saddest part is i have to use my cellphone that cost airtime but do they care NO!!! I need assistance ASAP otherwise i will be taking this further, this is not any of my fault that people did not do what they were suppose to... i had enough!!!!!
