Department of Labour - Maternity Claim - Benoni

<p>After a lot drama and having to return to the Department of Labour offices 5 times because every time I got there they decided another form which they had forgotten to give me. My application was submitted. I then received an sms 4 days later stating that my claim had been rejected. When returning to the office to lodge an appeal I was told that the sms is being sent out in error and that it would take 23 days to process. It has now been more than a month and still no confirmation of claim. When I call the offices the phone just rings with no answer. I'm am back at work already and still have not received payment. Due to the bad service, most of my maternity leave was spent backwards and forwards to the offices. This is unacceptable. I need to know who I can contact to have this issue resolved </p>
