Department of labour - Maternity claim

<p>Pathetic service - Department of labour - maternity claims - Bellville</p> <p>In July 2016 I submitted my Maternity claim, since then I have been waiting for my money. First they misplaced a form which were resubmitted twice after being handed in with the first batch of forms and then they requested a letter from work regarding our companies UIF number. With all these being submitted, still nothing. I have never had such poor service. I am totally and utterly disappointed!!!!!</p>
