I had returned to the offices today after my initial visit on Friday to hand in my bank form for my UIF claim. Contrary to my visit on Friday which was pleasant. Today I reported to the offices at 15h30 (offices close at 16h00) at KRUGERSDORP only to be told by the security guard that they are closed. Much to my dismay. I was confused because there wasn't a lot of people inside and two more clients were let in (for the same bank form submission) while I was discussing this unfair treatment. The supervisor, Mpumi, came out to tell me the same thing and I asked for her manager, Dawie, who got Mpumi to take my form. I am grateful and appreciative of Dawie's assistance on this matter. I wish I could say the same for Mpumi and the security guard who clearly do not appreciate the jobs they are so fortunate to have.
