bad customer service, I went the to claim for my son who is disable 1st service was fine and I was given a date, I went the, I was told to use a cell phone and that time data dololo. I was not assisted. I am not working I have tried to explain but I was told no cell phone no service. my son's money is going to laps because I don't have data and a cellphone.
