Department of labour- Jubilee mall is such an inconvenience

Good day

I am one of the citizens that stay a bit far from the labour services and I have a complaint, the Department of labour at Jubilee mall does not take calls for enquiries. Their landline rings all day and no one answers.

They have advised me to come back and check if my submitted docs have been well recorded on the system. I mean to go back jist to check. Can they not capture correctly so we do not have to constantly go back to just "check".

I am currently on maternity leave and I do not get much from my employer and now I have to visit the department every week, no this is unfair.

This is heartbreaking that besides going to the department there is no other way to get assistance.
