Department of Labour Johannesburg service

I am so disappointed in the service i received from the department of labour johannesburg.I was booked for the 1st of November.I stood in a queue for 3hours only to be told that they do not assist people from Soweto yet the lady infront of me is from Soweto and was assisted.I already went there 3 times.
