Department of labour is treating client's unfairly

I'm unemployed receiving my UIF payment monthly, now I have waited for almost two months for my last payment as I have 21 credit days according to them. I want to know what is happening I have been there to sign, I sent emails to ask what is happening, still there is no response. I have kids to feed and really this is torture because they don't care about our her people because they are earning their salaries every month.
