Department of Labour is a LOST CAUSE

I have written a review for this piece of **** department on the 9th of February - still no money. After waiting for 3 months and then contacting them they told me that I still needed to submit a salary schedule (this is not indicated ANYWHERE and my employer didn't know about it either). I asked them why no one told me I had forms outstanding and she couldn't tell me - I told her I have been waiting patiently for 3 months and in those 3 months no one bothered to tell me to submit my missing forms! I submitted the outstanding salary schedule on the 16th of February 2021. I asked the customer service person (there was no name on the email) to confirm the receipt of my documents (I have asked 3 times by now) and still no answer. Calling the hotline is also a mess seeing as the phone lines as so bad you can't hear a word the person on the other side is saying. They might as well automate the entire department and get rid of all the *********** people.
