Department of Labour Inspectors get your act together!!!! Or change your occupation!!!

The department of Labour health and safety inspectors are they still active... I have have a concern regarding there primary function and importance to enforce the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. There are numerous large global companies establish in South Africa that simply not comply as they should.

They do not adhere to the most important OHAS act and Regulations: - General Machinery Engineer doesn't have Government Ticket - Lack of baseline Risk assessment - structures and buildings being erected without design approval of Structure Engineer - No letter of good standing in place

A good start would be taking actions of work being executed in the eye of public next to your offices and center of town....
