Department of labour in soshanguve

A very poor service at Labour dept in soshanguve, since i submitted my claim on the 20th of August 2020 as i was on martenity leave,then received an sms that saying a communication will be send to me after 35 days, i went there on the 07th of october 2020 found the security guard and he said i need to fill in the register then the money will be in as the centre was offline and we were not allowed to enter the premises, until today i haven't receive anything, then i went again on the 19th of October 2020 i done the same thing filling in the 1st payment register, but until now no communication no money received, when i phone the soshanguve centre the is no answer, when i phone head office no answer even the customer care, i am asking myself why do we have to contribute Uif where as when we need it we dont receive it, i am so deeply hurt, our goverment service is very poor
