Department of labour in Richards bay

I was at department labour at richards bay from 6 am till 10:30 i only wanted an unemployment letter till now I get no help I'm the only one who came for a letter but there's this old dude by the surname of khumalo who is so ******** he only asked me what I want n i told him hours back he only keep me waiting just for a lousy letter ....poor service delivery on government department
