Department of Labour in Louis Trichardt/Makhado employees are very rude to clients, they don't do their work properly. People wait for hours to receive service. Employees go on lunch before lunch time. Leaving all station unattended. Most of the employees are unprofessional especially if you ask for help, most of them are too old can't even use the system " technology" Waited for almost an hour just to receive help number. Don't even think they know their vission and mission. Their communication s****s are highly poor.
